We would like to point you towards our ten-point terms and conditions of hiring for functions at Chorley Cricket Club (CCC).
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Any damage caused by the ‘hirer’ will be charged to the ‘hirer’ at the cost of repair.
- No adhesive tape or ‘blue-tac’ is to be used on the walls.
- Children must be always supervised, particularly outside on match days. Cricket balls are hard and can cause serious injury or death.
- During a game you (and guests of the function) must not enter the field of play. Ground equipment such as stumps, boundary ropes, fielding disks, sight screens must not be touched.
- DJ’s or live music acts are not permitted during play.
- Outdoor inflatables or catering trucks are not permitted.
- CCC operate a strict zero tolerance no drug policy.
- CCC reserve the right to stop serving alcohol at any time. This is to all, or to an individual, if we see it fit to do so.
- CCC is a community-based facility, our staff and facilities should be treated with the upmost respect. Please use the bins provided and do not litter.
Bookings will be accepted with these Ts and Cs considered agreed.
